The proposed method is based on the use of cross circular cuts. Magistral blood vessels are taken for histological examinations in standard sites in one block with the surrounding muscles in which changes in small vessels are looked for. By this method the condition of the vascular system of the extremity may be studied at different levels with minimal traumatization of the vessels and their pathological formations, the time of specimen collection is shortened, and multifactorial statistical analysis may be done.
所提出的方法基于交叉圆形切口的使用。在一个组织块的标准部位采集主要血管，并连同周围肌肉一起进行组织学检查，在这些肌肉中寻找小血管的变化。通过这种方法，可以在对血管及其病理结构造成最小创伤的情况下，在不同层面研究肢体血管系统的状况，缩短标本采集时间，并且可以进行多因素统计分析。
