The IRVO with the increased age had negative effect on the acetabuloplastic development. Because the size of the CCD-angle has no effect on the acetabular development, the persistent, relative and absolute retrotorsion leads to prearthrotic deformity. The end result is, the conservatively treated luxated hip in stage of dysplasia is better from operative correction of the shaft-neck axis. The primary by the congenital dislocation of the hip is the acetabular roof.
