Follow-up results of 39 patients surgically treated for elbow fractures according to the principles of the Swiss AO could be classified in 7 cases as very good, 21 as good, 9 as moderate and 2 as poor. Conditions for optimal results are early restoration and early mobilization of the elbow joint. Even in old fractures a good functional result may be expected.
按照瑞士AO原则接受手术治疗的39例肘部骨折患者的随访结果可分类为：7例非常好，21例好，9例中等，2例差。获得最佳结果的条件是肘关节的早期复位和早期活动。即使是陈旧性骨折，也有望获得良好的功能结果。
