A case of reticulo-histiocytic meningoencephalitis is reported. Changes in the fluid cell pictures, especially giant cells and mitoses are described. Obviously, reticulo-histiocytic encephalitis and neoplastic reticulosis are different stages of development and malignity of a uniform process, the etiology of which has not been understood until now but in which an immunological reaction in the sense of a delayed type of hypersensitivity plays a considerable part.
报告了一例网状组织细胞性脑膜脑炎。描述了脑脊液细胞图像的变化，特别是巨细胞和有丝分裂。显然，网状组织细胞性脑炎和肿瘤性网状细胞增多症是同一过程在发展和恶性程度上的不同阶段，其病因至今尚未明确，但迟发型超敏反应意义上的免疫反应在其中起了相当大的作用。
