From 50 dissections of the wrist, the authors have studied 1) the topography and the occurrence of the arterial pedicles of the bones of the distal row of the carpus, 2) their intra-osseous ramifications and 3) the longitudinal communicating branches which surround the wrist. This study allows to suggest a surgical technique in the treatment of the necrosis of the head of the capitatum.
通过对50例腕部解剖，作者研究了：1）腕骨远侧列各骨动脉蒂的局部解剖和出现情况；2）它们在骨内的分支；3）环绕腕部的纵向交通支。本研究有助于提出一种治疗头状骨头部坏死的手术技术。
