Abstract
Two patients with acute myocardial infarction and hypertensive crises were found to have a pheochromocytoma. We advise that patients with an acute myocardial infarction and hypertensive crises be evaluated with a computerized axial tomography, lest the presence of a pheochromocytoma be overlooked.
