Abstract

A hypertensive patient presenting with facial palsy and ophthalmoplegia following a spontaneous carotid-cavernous fistula is presented. The mechanism of facial palsy in such cases is discussed.

本文报告了一例高血压患者，其在自发性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘后出现面瘫和眼肌麻痹。并对这类病例中面瘫的机制进行了讨论。
