Abstract

Two cases of redundant nerve roots syndrome are presented. Both cases displayed coiled and elongated nerve roots of cauda equina, associated with proliferated fibrous tissue on the ligamentum flavum or with spondylosis and disc protrusion compressing the caudal dural sac. The pathogenesis of the syndrome of redundant nerve roots is briefly discussed.

本文报告两例神经根冗长综合征。两例均显示马尾神经根呈盘绕状且拉长，伴有黄韧带纤维组织增生或伴有压迫骶尾部硬膜囊的脊柱关节病和椎间盘突出。对神经根冗长综合征的发病机制进行了简要讨论。
