[Psychological aspects of outfit and establishment of dialysis departments].

Psychological viewpoints are often not sufficiently regarded in the planning of institutions of public health. On the occasion of an interrogation of patients undergoing dialysis 2/3 of them said that their behaviour during the treatment is influenced by the equipment of the rooms. In accordance they were of the opinion that the equipment of a department for dialysis should possibly little remember of a hospital. In future this fact should more be taken into consideration in the equipment or reconstruction and renovation of centres for dialysis. At the practical instance is shown, how with simple remedies in rooms for dialysis could be complied with the psychic requirements of the patients.
