Abstract
From 1970 to 1980, 643 patients suffering from a malignancy of the stomach were seen at the Surgical Department of Rostock University. 8 of them were identified to have a Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Treatment should be done depending on the staging: Stage I and II extirpation of the tumour followed by adjunctive chemotherapy, Stage III and IV primary chemotherapy only.

1970年至1980年期间，罗斯托克大学外科共接诊了643例胃癌患者。其中8例被确诊为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。治疗应根据分期进行：I期和II期先切除肿瘤，然后进行辅助化疗；III期和IV期仅进行原发性化疗。
