Abstract
A series of 13 perforations of the esophagus in 12 patients is presented. All the perforations were caused by instrumentation. Minimal delay in treatment is advocated. Most importance is attached to gastric decompression, adequate drainage of the mediastinum with parenteral hyperalimentation and, if possible, suture of the lesion.

本文报告了12例患者发生的13处食管穿孔。所有穿孔均由器械操作引起。提倡治疗时尽量减少延误。最重要的是进行胃减压，通过胃肠外高营养对纵隔进行充分引流，如有可能，对病变进行缝合。
