Dysgerminoma-like lesion of mediastinal and abdominal lymph nodes without the involvement of the sex organs had been found in a young man and repeatedly confirmed throughout 23 years. High sensitivity of the tumor to X-ray therapy and cyclophosphamide made it possible to eliminate exacerbation periods.
