Abstract
A 68-year-old man had lesions of Kaposi's sarcoma that developed continually in a localized area after excisional surgery, electrosurgery, and radiotherapy of previous lesions. His lesions cleared with intralesional injections of vincristine sulfate without any systemic and only minor local side effects. Newly developed lesions, which did not occur on the sites of previous treatment, were also responsive to this form of therapy.

一名68岁男性患有卡波西肉瘤，先前病灶经手术切除、电外科手术和放射治疗后，局部区域持续出现新病灶。病灶内注射硫酸长春新碱后，病灶消退，无任何全身副作用，仅出现轻微局部副作用。先前治疗部位未出现的新病灶对这种治疗方式也有反应。
