Technical difficulties during operations on kidneys in cases of true adrenal-renal heterotopia.

In connection with 4 cases, including two of kidney operations, it is discussed how to overcome the technical difficulties caused by true adrenal-renal heterotopia during kidney operations. The kidney with the adrenal gland located in its upper pole requires in such cases the use of different surgical procedures.
