Abstract
Seven cases of symptomatic non-parasitic congenital cysts of the liver are reported. Preoperative correct diagnosis can be established with non-invasive examinations, essentially with echotomography. Laparoscopy can represent a decisive investigation, permitting the direct view of the cysts. Surgical treatment of non-parasitic congenital cysts is based upon the excision of the lesions when symptomatic; this is the only definitive treatment.

报告了7例有症状的非寄生虫性先天性肝囊肿。术前通过非侵入性检查，主要是超声断层扫描，可以做出正确诊断。腹腔镜检查可能是一项决定性的检查，能直接看到囊肿。有症状的非寄生虫性先天性囊肿的手术治疗是在出现症状时切除病变；这是唯一的确定性治疗方法。
