Study of the action of tropatepine in 25 cases of Parkinson's disease and 5 post-neuroleptic syndromes. Good improvement in 70% of the cases, with disparition of tremor and reduction of akinesia. Fair tolerance when the posology is slowly progressive and when the posology remains moderate (less than 10 mg).
对25例帕金森病患者和5例抗精神病药所致综合征患者使用托哌酮的作用进行研究。70%的病例有明显改善，震颤消失，运动不能减轻。当剂量缓慢增加且剂量保持适中（小于10毫克）时，耐受性良好。
