The authors study several factors of the fibrinolytic system in 32 patients with acute leukemia. The findings were normal in 17 cases and shoed abnormalities in 15. These abnormalities had a correlation with the response to polychemotherapy in acute lymphocytic leukemia, and in some cases they were associated to severe cases having a bad prognosis.
