[Prepyloric ulcer and gastric schistosomiasis (report of a Tananarive case) (author's transl)].

The authors report on a case of a 37 years old man, from Madagascar, who had a gastric ulcer. The biopsies which were performed during endoscopy, gave evidence of ova of schistosoma inside the gastric mucosa. There was also a rectal and hepatic schistosomiasis (S. mansoni). Evolution was good with specific treatment (Niridazole). Short review of litterature, and discussion.
