In 764 gravides from totally 1738 women, which delivered 1977 in our hospital, happened a premature rupture of membranes. 319 patients had a spontaneous (SPR), 454 an artificial premature rupture of membranes (APR). Comparing the number of complications, the perinatal situation and the maternal behaviour, so you will find a significant difference between SPR and APR. The fetal outcome of the children, born after APR was better then born after SPR. The same is valuable as for the operative management of delivery. The perinatal morbidity after APR was nearly equal to the situation after normal rupture of membranes. Therefore you can see, that the bad experiences are more valuable for the SPR.
在我院分娩的1738名女性中的764名孕妇发生了胎膜早破。319例为自然胎膜早破（SPR），454例为人工破膜（APR）。比较并发症数量、围产期情况和产妇情况，你会发现SPR和APR之间存在显著差异。APR后出生的儿童的胎儿结局比SPR后出生的更好。这对于分娩的手术管理同样有价值。APR后的围产期发病率几乎与正常破膜后的情况相同。因此可以看出，SPR的不良经历更有价值。
