A report of a patient showing incompatibility following the parenteral application of a vitamin B1 containing medicament and review of the literature is given. In the case reported there was a positive pricktest with drugs containing vitamin B1. However an oral provocation test did not show any reaction.
本文报告了一例患者在肠胃外注射含维生素B1的药物后出现不相容性的情况，并对相关文献进行了综述。在所报告的病例中，对含维生素B1的药物进行点刺试验呈阳性。然而，口服激发试验未显示任何反应。
