Diagnosis of bilateral hydronephrosis in utero by ultrasonography.

A case is reported of bilateral hydronephrosis secondary to ureteropelvic junction obstruction, diagnosed at thirty-six weeks of gestation when ultrasound was performed on the mother for polyhydramnios.
