[Double approach of a blow out fracture of the orbital floor (author's transl)].

The authors demonstrate the advantages of a double vestibular and inferior eye lid approach in a case of a blow out fracture of the floor of the orbit associated with a physiologic section syndrome of the sphenoidal hole.
