Abstract
The authors report a case of retrograde invagination of the duodenum 8 years after vagotomy and gastroenterostomy: gastric aspiration then reoperation permitted verification of the disinvagination. Cure by gastro-enterostomy and excision of the remaining duodenal ulcer.
