The authors propose two useful indicators of the alimentary consumption of suburban families. The first one relates to the "daily alimentary budget per person" and they provide a form to get it and a method to question the results. The second one relates to a semi-quantitative estimation of the amount of animal proteins (meat, fish, egg) daily provided to the infants, as estimated with respect to two thresholds. They question their method for collecting the data and find it reliable.
