Identification of the phase in the development of peritonitis is of great practical significance. Accounting the homeostatic shifts and their correction in the pre- and postoperative period in children with the terminal phase of peritonitis is greatly responsible for the outcome of the surgical intervention. Curative analgesia in the postoperative period decreases the development of complications.
