Abstract
The renal function was studied in 198 children with non-complicated skeletal trauma (fraction of the femur, vertebral column and others). The renal function was found to be disturbed in 34,3% of the cases. The suitable treatment results in normal functioning of the kidneys within the 2nd week after trauma.
