[Cervical cancer morbidity and mortality in the USSR].

Some tendencies in the kinetics of the morbidity and mortality rate among the USSR population due to malignant neoplasms of the uterine cervix have been studied for the period of 1970-1977. The age-sex adjusted indices of the morbidity rate are reported as well as the data on the cohorts of women kept under a dispensary control. Some reduction was noted in the morbidity and mortality rate due to cervical cancer among the female population of the USSR and Union Republics.
