Double uterus with a unilateral blind vagina. A report of 3 cases.

Uterus didelphys associated with a unilateral imperforate vagina and absence of the kidney on the affected side is rare. Three such cases are described. Early diagnosis and treatment are very important, and certain features that could alert the physician to the presence of such a condition are discussed.
