An aneurysm of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery is reported. Symptoms were a sudden and intermittent hearing loss. Electrocochleography indicated that the patient's deafness was of retrolabyrinthine origin. Vertebral angiography disclosed the aneurysm. At operation the aneurysm was coated. The literature is reviewed.
报告一例小脑前下动脉动脉瘤。症状为突发间歇性听力丧失。耳蜗电图显示患者耳聋为迷路后起源。椎动脉血管造影发现了该动脉瘤。手术中对动脉瘤进行了包裹。并对相关文献进行了综述。
