The habenular complex of adult albino mice is studied with the Golgi method. In the medial habenular nucleus 2 neuronal types were distinguished; one of them is restricted to a small near to the commissura habenularis. The principal neuronal type is characterized by complicated dendritic ramifications and the presence of dendritic glomeruli encapsulated by protoplasmic astroglial membranes. In the lateral habenular nucleus three neuronal types were found, all of them with long, poorly ramified dendrites, but differing with respect to the size of their somata and their dendritic profiles. Thus, concerning their dendritic structure, the two regions of the habenula do not show any similarity.
采用高尔基染色法对成年白化小鼠的缰核复合体进行了研究。在内侧缰核中区分出2种神经元类型;其中一种局限于靠近缰连合的一个小区域。主要的神经元类型的特征是具有复杂的树突分支以及存在由原浆性星形胶质细胞膜包裹的树突小球。在外侧缰核中发现了3种神经元类型,它们的树突都很长且分支较少,但在胞体大小和树突形态方面存在差异。因此,就树突结构而言,缰核的这两个区域没有任何相似之处。
