Echographic changes in ectopic pregnancy can affect uterus, annexes and cul-de-sac of Douglas. They are inconstant and quite variable according to the anatomic stage. Echographic aspects of 50 proved ectopic pregnancies and their frequency are reported. The echographic signs are then evaluated according to their viability and possible errors (differential diagnosis).
宫外孕的超声变化可累及子宫、附件及Douglas陷凹。这些变化并不恒定，且根据解剖阶段的不同有很大差异。本文报告了50例经证实的宫外孕的超声表现及其出现频率。随后根据其可行性及可能出现的误差（鉴别诊断）对超声征象进行评估。
