[Early morphological changes in acute hematogenic osteomyelitis].

The early morphological picture of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis was studied. From the first hours of the disease vascular disorders of the bone marrow with secondary lesions of the Haversian and Volkmann's canals were noted. The development of necroses and bone marrow phlegmons were associated with the degree of the disturbance of the bone marrow vascular network and the age of the child.
