Abstract

A study was made of the in vitro susceptibility of 39 strains of Mycobacterium fortuitum to 14 beta-lactamins and 11 aminoglycosides using disc diffusion techniques on Mueller-Hinton agar plates. Amikacin, lividomycin, neomycin and kanamycin inhibited clearly all the strains, while penicillins, cephalosporins and streptomycin proved inactive. In addition, other tested aminoglycosides inhibited poorly all the strains.

采用纸片扩散法,在穆勒-欣顿琼脂平板上对39株偶然分枝杆菌进行了体外药敏试验,检测其对14种β-内酰胺类药物和11种氨基糖苷类药物的敏感性。阿米卡星、青紫霉素、新霉素和卡那霉素对所有菌株均有明显抑制作用,而青霉素、头孢菌素和链霉素则无活性。此外,其他受试氨基糖苷类药物对所有菌株的抑制作用较差。
