In this brief review the dermatologic aspects of collagen diseases are stressed. Cutaneous manifestations are the main clinical features from the standpoint of diagnostic evaluation of these disorders. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis and scleroderma are considered.
