Marfan's syndrome seems not frequent in black population. A case observed in a 16 years african girl is reported. The morphologic ocular criteria were present: divergent strabismus, microphakia and luxation of the crystalline lens. In the absence of cardiac malformations, surgical treatment was underwent and brought the acuteness of vision from 1/10 to 5/10.
