Abstract
Fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) in sera of patients with malignant tumors in the head-and neck-region are determined with Staphylococcal-Clumping-Test (Behring-Werke, Marburg/Lahn). Concentration of FDP in sera of tumor patients are compared to sera of normal patients. 40 cases out of 70 with malignant tumors showed higher concentration of FDP. The results are discussed.

采用葡萄球菌凝聚试验（德国马尔堡/拉恩贝林制药厂产品）测定头颈部恶性肿瘤患者血清中的纤维蛋白原降解产物（FDP）。将肿瘤患者血清中FDP的浓度与正常患者血清进行比较。70例恶性肿瘤患者中有40例FDP浓度较高。对结果进行了讨论。
