Antibody detection and identification by AutoAnalyzer haemagglutination systems.

The fundamental aims of antibody detection, the limitations imposed by present manual methodology, and what can be expected through the use of single-channel AutoAnalyzers are described. A combination of three different channels gives adequate power of detection and breadth of coverage for routine needs. Special techniques are also available that are useful the study of antigen : antibody reactions and autoimmune diseases.
