Abstract
Cell-mediated immunity was investigated in 50 patients with severe protein malnutrition. It appeared that protein malnutrition by itself immune defence mechanisms and aggravates the prognosis. The best markers are prealbumin for protein malnutrition and T and T-active lymphocytes for cell-mediated immunity, as these are extremely sensitive.

对50例重度蛋白质营养不良患者的细胞介导免疫进行了研究。结果显示，蛋白质营养不良本身会损害免疫防御机制并加重预后。最佳标志物是用于蛋白质营养不良的前白蛋白以及用于细胞介导免疫的T淋巴细胞和T活性淋巴细胞，因为它们极其敏感。
