THERAPY

Mechanotherapy after surgery is as important as surgical operation. Two surgical attitudes are possible: --interposition, --or recovery of a correct ramus mandibulae height with a prosthetic condyle allowing a maxima opening after surgical operation with a block. Authors lay stress on necessity of an early surgical operation in order to avoid ankylosis repercussion on facial developpment.
