Sixty five patients with acute and chronic abscesses of the lungs were examined. Disturbances of the capillary blood flow in the lungs were found to be different at different phases of the disease. In chronic abscesses the area of the lung with the disturbed capillary blood flow was found to be larger than that determined roentgenologically. A combination of radiological, bronchological examination with scanning of the lungs is considered to be expedient.
对65例急慢性肺脓肿患者进行了检查。发现肺部毛细血管血流紊乱在疾病的不同阶段有所不同。在慢性脓肿中，发现毛细血管血流紊乱的肺区域比放射学确定的区域更大。将放射学、支气管学检查与肺部扫描相结合被认为是适宜的。
