To avoid paraosteoarthropathy no postural changes or passive movements should be done in the first 4 weeks after spinal cord injuries. Physiotherapists who are in charge of treatment of paraplegics should have a fundamental knowledge of spinal cord injuries to prevent such severe complications.
为避免发生异位骨化,脊髓损伤后的前4周内不应进行体位改变或被动活动。负责截瘫患者治疗的物理治疗师应具备脊髓损伤的基本知识,以预防此类严重并发症。
