Abstract
A case of multifocal tuberculous osteomyelitis is reported. The lesions were found in the skull and ribs in a 10 year old girl with pulmonary tuberculosis and with tuberculous lymphadenitis. Complete healing was achieved under chemotherapy. Although radiologically the lesions appear "cystic", their true nature is that of granulomatous--caseous tuberculous osteomyelitis.

报告了一例多灶性结核性骨髓炎病例。该病变发现于一名10岁患有肺结核和结核性淋巴结炎的女孩的颅骨和肋骨中。在化疗下实现了完全愈合。尽管从放射学上看病变呈“囊性”，但其真正性质是肉芽肿性——干酪样结核性骨髓炎。
