[Differential diagnosis of soft tissue tumors of the palm: cirsoid aneurysm of the ulnar artery].

The authors describe a rare arterial malformation in the palm. Preoperatively, only neurological disturbances had been caused. Resection and histological examination of a tumorlike lesion of the ulnar artery revealed a thrombosed cirsoid aneurysm.
