Computer tomography and nephroangiography were performed in 5 patients with angiomyolipoma of the kidneys. CT was characteristic in all cases by demonstrating areas of fat in the tumor, and the extent of the neoplasm could be assessed preoperatively. Nephroangiography was of value as a preoperative demonstration of the vascular anatomy. In one case with a hemorrhage which nearly masked the fat component at CT, angiography added diagnostic information.
对5例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者进行了计算机断层扫描和肾血管造影。在所有病例中，CT均具有特征性，可显示肿瘤内的脂肪区域，且术前可评估肿瘤范围。肾血管造影对于术前显示血管解剖结构具有重要价值。在1例CT上出血几乎掩盖脂肪成分的病例中，血管造影增加了诊断信息。
