Abstract

A procedure is described for reduction mammaplasty, mastopexy, and prophylactic mastectomy, which utilizes an inferiorly based flap. This flap is either dermal or dermal-glandular. It is coupled with a superior-based derme of performance, and reproducible pleasing appearance have been attained.
