On the basis of discrete concentration--effect curves, quantitative evaluation of the effect of acetylcholine, propionylcholine, suberylcholine and carbacholine upon the strips of the spinal muscle of Ascaris was made. Anticholinesterase drugs, eserine and phosphacol, exhibit weak potentiation of the effect of acetycholine (by 2--6 times). The results obtained are discussed in relation to cholinoreceptive properties of muscles in higher animals.
基于离散的浓度-效应曲线,对乙酰胆碱、丙酰胆碱、辛二酰胆碱和卡巴胆碱对蛔虫脊髓肌条的作用进行了定量评估。抗胆碱酯酶药物毒扁豆碱和磷酰胆碱对乙酰胆碱的作用表现出微弱的增强作用(增强2至6倍)。结合高等动物肌肉的胆碱能受体特性对所得结果进行了讨论。
