Abstract

Intravesical chemotherapy with doxorubicin hydrochloride was applied in 6 patients with flat carcinoma in situ. Tumor remission was obtained in 3 patients. Characteristic changes in cytological preparations as well as in histological specimens could be observed. The possible action of doxorubicin hydrochloride is discussed.

6例原位扁平癌患者接受了膀胱内盐酸多柔比星化疗。3例患者肿瘤缓解。在细胞学标本和组织学标本中均观察到特征性变化。讨论了盐酸多柔比星的可能作用。
