The experience in the examination of 1,520 patients with arterial hypertension in the surgical clinic is analysed. The surgical tactics in the most common forms of symptomatic hypertension, renovascular hypertension, adrenal diseases, and coarctation of the aorta are discussed on the basis of experience in 577 operations on 512 patients. Analysis of the late postoperative results in 395 patients shows that even now the results of the operations are quite satisfactory.
分析了外科诊所对1520例动脉高血压患者的检查经验。根据对512例患者进行的577例手术的经验，讨论了症状性高血压、肾血管性高血压、肾上腺疾病和主动脉缩窄等最常见形式的外科治疗策略。对395例患者术后远期结果的分析表明，即使在现在，手术结果也相当令人满意。
