Three cases of acute torsion of the greater omentum two unipolar in two 5-yr-old children and one bipolar in a man of 46 are reported. Correct diagnosis was impossible and never suspected in any of the patients and was only made during surgery. The postoperative course was normal in all three cases.

报告了3例大网膜急性扭转病例，其中2例为单极扭转，发生在2名5岁儿童身上，1例为双极扭转，发生在一名46岁男性身上。所有患者均无法做出正确诊断，且从未被怀疑过，仅在手术中才得以确诊。3例患者术后恢复均正常。
