A 63 year old woman with a large true posterior ventricular aneurysm and mitral regurgitation is presented. Simple aneurysmectomy without replacement or repair of the mitral valve completely alleviated the mitral insufficiency.
一位63岁女性患者，患有巨大的真性后室壁动脉瘤及二尖瓣反流。单纯进行动脉瘤切除术，未对二尖瓣进行置换或修复，二尖瓣关闭不全完全缓解。
